Luis Errázuriz was the owner and manager of a nightclub, which was frequented by personnel from Carabineros and the Investigaciones police force.

Witnesses agreed in stating that, following his detention, his home was raided by uniformed officers, who removed documentation and a safe from the premises.

Considering the evidence gathered and the investigation conducted by this Corporation, the Superior Council reached the conviction that Luis Errázuriz Véliz, while in detention, was forcibly disappeared by State agents. Consequently, it declared him a victim of human rights violations.
