About ¿Dónde Están?
A unified digital archive of the victims of human rights violations in Chile.
Mission
This project aims to preserve historical memory by gathering information scattered across multiple sources — some restricted or difficult to navigate — into a single accessible and modern platform.
Our goal is to facilitate the search, visualization, and preservation of these records for future generations, honoring the memory of the victims and contributing to the right to truth.
