Case summary
Elizabeth del Carmen Tello Riveros was a civilian employee of the CNI who, starting in 1979, performed administrative and counterintelligence duties at facilities such as the Borgoño and República barracks. Under the aliases "Paola" or "La Chica," she collaborated with the dictatorship's repressive agencies until she was hired by the Army in 1990.

. Operational Name: Paola, alias “la Chica”. She joined the CNI in 1979 as a civilian employee. At the Belgrado barracks, she worked in the archive of newspapers, magazines, and journals. Later, she took on administrative press work in a counterintelligence section.
She worked at Borgoño and República. At the latter barracks, she was the secretary for Enrique Leddy. At the beginning of 1990, she was hired as a civilian employee of the Army.
