19.-) Statement by DINA agent Rodolfo Román Notari on page 5043; who maintained that while he was a student at the Escuela de Suboficiales de Carabineros de Chile between October and November of 1973, they were received by the commander of the Manuel Contreras Regiment, and while they were lined up in the courtyard, Colonel Contreras indicated to them that the enemy was working surreptitiously, and therefore they were also going to go underground to combat them.
