59. Investigative orders carried out by the Investigations Police of Chile on page 519. The decree dated December 21, 2001, is expanded regarding the names of the individuals who served as guards at the CNI's Borgoño barracks, to which it is indicated that, by virtue of the interviews with Ramón Luis Torres Rojas, Bernardo San Martín Carrasco, Daniel Alejandro San Martín Casanova, Alejandro Elías Alcayaga Barraza, Hernán Ernesto Rubio Magallanes, Alejandro David Rojas Fernández, and Eliécer Javier Molina Segura, it is concluded that all of them served as guards at the CNI's Borgoño barracks, of which Álvaro Corbalán Castilla was the commander.
