On August 4, businessman and former PC militant Daniel PALMA ROBLEDO was detained. He disappeared along with his light blue 1972 Renault 4, which was found by officers of the Carabineros Search and Seizure Service on March 24, 1977, in the possession of a DINA agent, together with another Renault 4 that had been stolen from a French citizen.
The Commission has reached the conviction that Daniel Palma was a victim of forced disappearance committed by State agents, in violation of his human rights.
