Raúl Adrián de la Cruz Jerez Padilla died that day at 2:15 hours on a public thoroughfare, due to multiple gunshot wounds, as certified by the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.
According to eyewitnesses, Raúl Jerez was detained by uniformed personnel at his sister's house and transported to the military facility located at Avenida General Velásquez and Portales.
His remains were found by his family at the Legal Medical Institute and handed over in a sealed casket.
Considering the evidence gathered and the investigation conducted by this Corporation, the Superior Council reached the conviction that Raúl Adrián de la Cruz Jerez Padilla was executed by State agents while in detention, outside of any legal process, an act constituting a violation of human rights.
