Relatos de los Hechos

dated October 31, 2007, appearing on pages 322 to 323 (Volume I), he stated that he ratifies, where relevant, his statement read during the act; the person with whom he is being confronted is the Carabineros officer Osses, whom he saw with a weapon in his hand next to Morales's body while Corporal Fierro was finishing him off.

No one could leave the station because they were under barracks arrest. This continued until the month of November more or less, after which they moved to level two. Everyone in the detachment was married at that time and no one went home.

On the day of the events, the aforementioned Mr. Osses accompanied Corporal Fierro to verify that the detainees were dead, but it was the latter who finished them off. He maintains his statements.
