Oscar Héctor Bugallo Celuzi died that day at 5:30 hours, in front of the Templo Votivo de Maipú, due to a thoracic gunshot wound with an exit wound, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.
According to records from the Legal Medical Institute, his body was sent to said service by officers of the Carabineros of the Ninth Precinct of Maipú on October 17 and was subsequently retrieved by officials from the Argentine Consulate. The Military Court of Santiago took cognizance of the Autopsy Report, which suggests that personnel with military jurisdiction were involved.
Considering the gathered evidence and the investigation conducted, the Superior Council of this Corporation, taking into account the time and cause of death, declared Oscar Héctor Bugallo Celuzi a victim of the prevailing political violence.
