I.- 8) Testimony of Rodrigo Ortiz Blanco at folio 38, CNI official and explosives expert, who arrived on August 16, 1981, in the company of another official, Sergio Vidal Vargas , at the property located at Santa Petronila N° 644, Quinta Normal, where an explosive device was found on the premises, which was deactivated and subsequently taken to the Central's facilities for the purpose of conducting an expert analysis, with the following result (Report N°43): "a) Activation system: traction, pressure relief. b) Initiating element: none. c) Explosive: none. d) Power supply system: one large 1.5 battery, with written adhesive tape (test battery), connection cable. e) Manufacture: homemade. f) Container: 1 can, 2 kg capacity (Leche Nido)." 1.- 9) Assertions of Sergio Vidal Vargas , at folio 38 vta., CNI official regarding the fact that, in his capacity as an explosives expert, he arrived in the company of Rodrigo Ortiz at Santa Petronila N°644, on August 16, 1981, because an explosive device had been found.
