Case summary
Eliécer Javier Molina Segura was an agent of the Central Nacional de Informaciones (CNI) who served as a guard at the Borgoño barracks until October 1985. His judicial testimony was incorporated into the case regarding the kidnapping of Sergio Ruiz Lazo, in which he acknowledged the existence of detainees at said facility under the command of Álvaro Corbalán Castilla.

54. Judicial testimony of Eliecer Javier Molina Segura on page 467, in which he acknowledges that he worked for the CNI until the month of October 1985 and performed guard duties, specifically at the cuartel Borgoño where he worked on the exterior, which consisted of opening the gates and monitoring the people entering the facilities; he never had a list of detainees but he did know that they existed; he was not involved in interrogations as there were special groups dedicated to that task.

The decree dated December 21, 2001, regarding the names of the individuals who served as guards at the cuartel Borgoño of the CNI is expanded, indicating that, by virtue of the interviews with Ramón Luis Torres Rojas, Bernardo San Martín Carrasco, Daniel Alejandro San Martín Casanova, Alejandro Elías Alcayaga Barraza, Hernán Ernesto Rubio Magallanes, Alejandro David Rojas Fernández, and Eliécer Javier Molina Segura , it is concluded that all of them served as guards at the cuartel Borgoño of the
