On October 2, 1973, the body of Luis Humberto MUÑOZ AGUAYO, 25 years old, a shoemaker, was found on a public road.
His body was collected by carabineros from the 22nd Precinct, who sent him to the Legal Medical Institute. The certified cause of death was "abdominal gunshot wound with projectile exit."
This Commission formed the conviction that Luis Humberto Muñoz died as a consequence of the political violence existing in the country at that time.
