Antonio Segundo González Rojas died that day at 3:30 hours, in a "Field Hospital" (sic), due to multiple gunshot wounds, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.
Carlos Miguel Hidalgo Retamal died that day at 3:30 hours, in the Guanaco "Field Hospital" (sic), due to multiple gunshot wounds, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.
Ricardo Hernán Ortega Alvarado died that day at 17:00 hours, in Villa La Palmilla, due to thoracic and abdominal gunshot wounds with projectile exit, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.
Enrique Zenon Vásquez Castañeda died that day, in a "Field Hospital" (sic), due to multiple gunshot wounds, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.
Vicente Armando Vásquez Castañeda died that day at 3:00 hours, on a public thoroughfare, due to a left facial gunshot wound with projectile exit, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.
According to statements from their family members, between September 15 and 16, they were detained by Carabineros at their respective homes, located in the Irene Frei neighborhood in the commune of Conchalí.
Days later, the family members found their bodies at a site near the neighborhood that served as a bus depot for the former state-owned Collective Transport company (ETC), located at the intersection of Calle Guanaco and Avenida Dorsal.
Based on the evidence gathered and the investigation conducted by this Corporation, the Superior Council reached the conviction that Luis Humberto Caro Bastías, Antonio Segundo González Rojas, Carlos Miguel Hidalgo Retamal, Ricardo Hernán Ortega Alvarado, Enrique Zenon Vásquez Castañeda, and Vicente Armando Vásquez Castañeda, while in detention, were executed by State agents outside of any legal process.
For this reason, it declared them victims of human rights violations.
