On September 14, 1973, Luis Alfredo ROJAS GONZALEZ, 36 years old, died.
That day, he left his home in the Población El Pinar to run some errands; his body was found on a public street in the same neighborhood. His death certificate states that his death was due to a "gunshot wound" with an exit wound, dated September 14, 1973.
Although this Commission does not know the circumstances under which Luis Rojas died, the characteristics of the period and his death by gunfire lead it to the conviction that this person was an innocent victim of the political violence existing in the country.
