Arturo Deila Santos died at 0:02 hours on October 15, 1973, in the Parque Santa Mónica neighborhood of Conchalí, due to a craniocerebral gunshot wound, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.

Francisco Deila Santos died at 22:00 on October 14, 1973, in the Parque Santa Mónica neighborhood of Conchalí, due to cranial and thoracic-abdominal gunshot wounds, according to the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.

Luis Alberto Miranda Galvez died on October 14, 1973, at 22:00 hours, in the Parque Santa Mónica neighborhood, Conchalí commune, due to thoracic and craniocerebral gunshot wounds, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.

Manuel Ricardo Pacheco Sepúlveda died that day at 3:45 hours, on Avenida El Salto, due to thoracic cardiopulmonary gunshot wounds, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.

According to statements from family members, on October 14, 1973, these four individuals were detained in their respective homes, located in the Parque Santa Mónica neighborhood, by military personnel belonging to the Buin Regiment who were conducting an operation in that area. Days later, the family members found their remains at the Legal Medical Institute.

According to various testimonies, on that occasion, all men over 18 years of age in the aforementioned neighborhood were taken to a primary school located in the sector while their backgrounds were checked, after which several of them were released.

On September 19, 1973, the Parque Santa Mónica neighborhood had been the subject of another joint operation by the military and carabineros, during which Carlos Omar Bastidas Zegers, José Antonio Del Pero Bustos, and Mario Antonio Gallardo Villagrán were detained and executed; they were classified as victims of human rights violations by this Corporation.

Considering the background information gathered and the investigation carried out by this Corporation, the Superior Council reached the conviction that Arturo Deila Santos, Francisco Deila Santos, Luis Alberto Miranda Galvez, and Manuel Ricardo Pacheco Sepúlveda were executed by State agents outside of any legal process while they were in detention.

For this reason, it declared them victims of human rights violations.
