Teodoro Konoba Krul and Miguel Angel Lacorte died that day at 8:00 hours, on a public thoroughfare, from multiple gunshot wounds to the head, torso, and extremities, according to the respective Medical Death Certificates from the Legal Medical Institute.
According to the information gathered by this Corporation, both were registered as residing at the INDUMET factory and were detained and taken to the Estadio Nacional in the days following September 11, 1973.
Their bodies were found on a public thoroughfare, with multiple gunshot wounds, and admitted to the Legal Medical Service as "NN" (unidentified). Identification was carried out by the Argentine Consulate, and their remains were transferred to the Chacaritas Cemetery in Buenos Aires.
Considering the information gathered and the investigation conducted by this Corporation, the Superior Council reached the conviction that Teodoro Konoba Krul and Miguel Angel Lacorte were victims of political execution outside of any legal process by State agents, after having been held in a public detention facility, which constitutes a violation of human rights.
