According to the testimonies received, the victim's body was found by his father at the Instituto Médico Legal, where it had been sent after being discovered on a public thoroughfare on the north bank of the Mapocho River, alongside the body of Pedro Guevara.
It was established that the cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds and that the date of death was October 20. The body was ultimately buried in Patio 29 of the Cementerio General.
