José Abraham Adasme Mora died that day at 20:00 hours, in Quilicura, a commune of Santiago, due to a gunshot wound to the face and cranium with an exit wound, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.
Luis Alberto Fuentes Soriano died that day on a public thoroughfare, at 3:00 hours, due to multiple gunshot wounds, as recorded in the Medical Death Certificate from the Legal Medical Institute.
According to statements provided by family members who witnessed the detention, both were arrested in mid-October at their respective homes, located in the Parque Santa Mónica neighborhood, in the commune of Conchalí, by Carabineros officers belonging to the Eneas Gonel Precinct.
One week later, their bodies were found on the Panamericana Norte at the intersection with Quilicura. Although the bodies were found together, their respective Medical Death Certificates attest to different dates and places of death.
Considering the evidence gathered and the investigation conducted, the Superior Council reached the conviction that Jorge Abraham Adasme Mora and Luis Alberto Fuentes Soriano, while in detention, were executed by State agents outside of any legal process. For this reason, it declared them victims of human rights violations.
