Jorge Sebastián ARELLANO MUÑOZ, 20 years old, a laborer in the Occupational Program for Heads of Households (POJH), died from gunshot wounds near midnight on September 9 at the Tricolor camp (Santiago).
Multiple and consistent testimonies indicate that civilians, presumably supporters of the government at the time, passed through the area firing firearms from moving vehicles.
This Commission is convinced that private individuals acting under a political pretext killed Jorge Sebastián Arellano, violating his human rights.
