On October 25, 1973, the body of Jaime Antonio RIVERA AGUILAR, 29 years old, was found.
The corpse presented gunshot wounds to the chest and stomach. He had disappeared from his home in the La Faena neighborhood, in Peñalolén, around October 18.
Having been unable to determine the circumstances of his death with precision, the Commission, considering especially the cause and date of death, has formed the conviction that he was a victim of the political violence prevailing in the country.
