According to the physician who arrived to certify her death, Blanca De Bac passed away in her home as a result of a projectile that came from outside her residence, which was located in the vicinity of the Presidential Palace.
The Superior Council, although unable to determine the precise circumstances of her death and considering the date, the place where it occurred, and its cause, declared Blanca María De Bac Herrera a victim of the prevailing political violence.
