In Santiago on the twelfth of April, nineteen seventy-eight, appeared: LUIS HUMBERTO GARCIA GONZALEZ, Chilean, 26 years old, single, official of the CNI, with identity card 6.482.875-4 from Santiago, residing at the CNI, who, interrogated under legal oath, states: I joined the DINA on November 10, 1975.
My specific work was the processing of official and diplomatic passports and the request for airline tickets for DINA personnel who carried out missions outside the Santiago Garrison, both within the country and abroad.
