According to the death certificate, the date of death was September 14, 1973, at 16:00 hours in Santiago, due to: "gunshot wound to the left thoracic region."
Given the circumstances and the cause of his death, this Commission formed the conviction that the affected individual was killed by State agents through the excessive use of force, a victim of a human rights violation.
